Took USA IR pack from Vodafone india for 14days and have confirmed screen shot of their App about the validity of the IR pack, but they billed me for international call and data just 1 day before the end date of that IR pack ends. And when i challenge them for their mistake then first they say that ok we do INR1000 waiver, but when i told them to reverse full charges that levied on me wrongly, then they said that your pack got expired and the date which is showing on the VI app screen shot app is a mistake of the app, which is absurd answer. And now they are not concluding this case, not reversing the full wrong charge and just sending the mails of INR 1000 waiver, which is a clear cut cheating and robbing the customer.
