Post discussion with customer care a sum of 919e was taken from my account from my bank account. A spoke with and trusted a staff memeber of vodafone they assured me the money would be refunded to your account 3 to 6 working days which was 3 weeks ago and i am on old age pensioner and my savings was just depleted as a results.. i received a futher bill this month for 894e money i dont have , i again contacted vodafone to sort this to no avail , i am to be cocooning as i have under lying health issues and i had to go to bank to stop standing order . This is disgraceful customer care and i am vodafone customer for over 20year..
