Dear Team,
I have received my bill for June 2020 for C.A.No.152799421 today due for July 22, 2020 of Rs. 4544 which is almost four times my monthly average Bill. Also I have already cleared the last three months Bill for March April and May 2020. There is no other pending Bill at my end. There is a mistake in your calculations in the meter reading taken for the June bill. Request you to please investigate the same and make the correction in future bill.
As a dedicated customer, I have already made the round payment of Rs. 4500 today for this bill but it is my request that you should give me the information on how you have calculated this amount which is enormous and abnormal. Please share the readings with me for the bill and if there is a mistake please adjust that amount in my future bill.
