Text of Complaint by PUSHPARAJ:

During the initial stage of plan, i’ve been informed, that all calls (L+S) free, SMS (L+S) free, Monthly 20GB free with carryover option for Rs.399/- (RED-BASIC) plan.
Also, in my vodafone app, the same is showing. (Attached screenshot)
But over a period of time, i felt i’ve been overcharged and verified the bill, and found all the SMS are getting charged. (NOTICED IN LAST 3-4 MONTHS AND OTHER BILLS ARE TO BE VERIFIED)
Today (11.03.19), i called vodafone CCE and asked for the details, i didn’t get any proper reasons from him other than, he can change plan now..
Also, (may be on 01.03.19 or 02.03.19), i’ve called vodafone CCE and asked for procedure to convert post paid to prepaid, (because, prepaid offering the same benefits in Rs.399/- with 3 months validity) but they have offered some the 299/- rental plan and informed me the new plan will get activated in two days time.
But as on today, that plan also not activated.
For this, Vodafone CCE is saying it has to be approved by the senior officials. Then for what they are offering me with lower cost plan without their senior official confirmation?
Vodafone CCE is not able to answer this and i asked him to connect to his senior official and after holding my call for few mins, he said all are busy and asked me to call after sometime.
What vodafone network is trying here??
Are they cheating the customer??
