- I, Col Navreet Singh am a serving cardiologist with the Indian Army and stationed at Command Hospital Chandimandir.
- My Airtel Tele No: 7087031089 has been operational since April 2015.
- Considering the stature of your company, I’be ‘blindly’ had faith in your sales department in what they have offered for the betterment of the service.
- But sadly madam your company has been ‘cheating’ me on the following accounts:
(a)Charging for SMS, and other services when the plan was a comprehensive one including all these.
(b)I was called and given a free add-on sim card but to my surprise I’ve been billed for it ever since I got it. Ive not even used it for a single call!
(c)I recently visited the US and have a US Sim of my own. To my surprise a International Roaming Pack was activated without asking me for it and billed for it.
5.I’ve visited your Mani Majra office twice and every time told that the mail has been sent, but it cannot be reversed as the system is under upgradation. Today after 3 months I visited your Sec 22, Chandigarh office where a lady Ms Preeti offered to help me. She tried her best on the Call Centre Customer Care but could make no ingress. I then personally spoke to a Senior Mr Aditya, who beat around the bush in every which manner to tell me that I should further upgrade my pack! His soft skills and problem handling are not worth to be in a company of your stature.
After 20 minutes he offers to ask me to appeal to your office!
6.Madam, not is it only a shame to complain of persistent overcharging, but the callous approach of your customer care and senior cadre makes one loose confidence in a company as Airtel.
7. I request the following:
(a)Scrutinise my bills since 2015 and see the way you’ve swindled a citizen!
(b)Revert the charges for the SMS, Extra sim and international roaming
(c)Improve your Customer Care
(d)And if possible ask an executive to at least call and discuss my grievance.
Sad to see Airtel in such a state. Ive been loyal with your company since the year it was launched!
