Vodafone is overcharging for my services since day 1. Ported into voda 3 months ago and I ahve already paid around 5000 rs to the company for the phone services. I was told with Vodafone RED plan , i would get only 399 per month bill but the are charging just double of what they said. But I keep on paying so that I can port back after 3 months restriction. Now again they have sent a bill of 1409 rupoees. Please see my usage and compare to what they want me to pay. Even though I was told I would have to pay 399 + taxes per month. i keep on complaining this to Customer care but they keep on revolving around same thing until i give up and agree to pay the amount. They are never ready to see what i was told , what i am getting and what they are charging. They just want the money with no customer satisfaction
