I had a vodafone number with 99 rental plan. Vodafone increased the same by 3 times and just sent an SMS 2 days earlier to the next billing cycle leaving negligible time to react.

Vodafone should have given atleast 20-25 days advance notice for such a steep increase and to react to the same. On mailing them, vodafone is giving all sorts of vague and disconnected replies to justify their act.

On the top of it vodafone is also not ready to take action on the deficiency in their service. In short vodafone wants simply the money.

This is a Sham and Scam to extract money from customers in a wrong manner. They are acting without any ethics.

Vodafone has to reimburse this wrongly overcharged money as they made this steep 3 times increase and did not give time to react to this unnatural increase in rentals.
