Jio charges for 31 days towards its 999 postpaid plus plan bur does not give full 31 days data services for its child numbers. It does not address this concern, does not provide refund nor adjustment for lack of data services not given for 4 days every month. Facing this problem since Sep 2020 and no solution provided by Jio customer care, appellate, grievance teams.
