Text of Complaint by Madhu:

I ordered a few vegetables on 16th June 2023. I was charged double the display price at the time of delivery without informing. I called customer care to file a complaint and my subscription milk delivery for next day was delayed for more than an hour. Again I called customer care to cancel it as I had to go out. Also I wanted to stop any further use of the service and asked to refund my balance wallet amount. Immediately my app stopped working and i am unable to login.
This is cheating and fraud money hogging app.
