I have been a regular importer. I used UPS service for importing my ~30000 Rupees consignment. The usual BCD is 10%. However, when they delivered it, they sent me an invoice of 29000. Now when i ask for clarification, i am not getting any replies. Its been a month and i am neither getting a reply, nor i am getting my consignment. This is harassment and i need some help. I need to end this by filing a case against them.
