My international roaming pack was activated and wasn’t deactivated. When I made a request for cancelation, I was told that it will just come in the next cycle once more and then not again. And it has been coming in the bill non stop and when I checked why it hasn’t stopped and didn’t pay, they added the late charges as well. It has been deactivated this 9th of January and now they are again saying it will come again in the February bill as well, wanting to know if I do not want it anymore. My monthly bill for 500 + tax is now almost 900 every month when their prepaid services are barely 200 rupees a month for the same plans.
