Took an outstation cab on 7th June from Khandala to Thane, the projected fare was 1759. For no reason, the total amounted to 2164. On raising a complaint with Ola, I was informed that the odometer was not working and I’d be refunded the excess payment of 405. I provided my bank details on the 10th of June as I didn’t want it refunded into the wallet.
Since then I’ve been following up with them but the refund has not been transferred.
29th June I received an email that it would be done in 10 business days but no sight of it yet.
