To whom it may concern,
I wanted to share the instance about overcharged mobile phone bill of Vodafone. In the month of November my vodafone bill was INR-1283 which had extra charge of INR 188 of Value Added Services which did not entertained same thing continued in the month of December my vodafone bill was INR-1791.48 which had extra charge of INR-520. Again when I got the bill of January my vodafone bill was 1283 which had extra charge of INR-49. Out of which when I contacted the vodafone they reimbursed me 600 aprox. I did total of all Bill which includes the reimbursement was INR-3760. I made 3 transactions total of INR 1194+1500+500= 3194. Everytime when I spoke to vodafone customer care reperesntative they had the same answer you will get revert with in 4 hours which didn’t happend yet. They barred my outgoing services because of overdue. Will you please tell me If I reguraly done payments why they overcharged me everytime. Please fix this concern ASAP because if this is going to happen with everyone then no one want to stay with Vodafone. I have attached the files for your refernce as well.
