Ref my order number 840113335299 which I placed through Swiggy Genie for delivery of medicines. I made the payment for the medicines to Swiggy which was not paid to the store ( which is against their process). The store started following up separately but the money was already with Swiggy. I have made 3 complaints but swiggy is not refunding my money. According to their SLA someone should be contacting me after 24 hrs. But more than 10 days have passed with 3 complaints but no one has bothered to even speak to me even once.
