In the year 2021 I have done by tv service in which I was charged 4000 rs for changing 5 backlight strips ,and again I had another issue recently in the June 2023 tv not getting turned on the service engineer came and changed the board of the tv and charged me 5800 including service cost ,after that there was a issue of low light as checked the back light is gone and he charged me 2100 again and I asked me there must be 5 backlight strip but he told me only 3 strips are Available not 5 and the backlight strip brand which was used earlier is a low quality one .and again I agree to do service after that while doing service , service engineer broke the corner of the LCD panel now the tv is not working,post paying all the costs
Let me know what’s needs to be done .I need a compensation from the company as soon as possible and it’s being gonna like 3 weeks
