Hi,

I am ranjitha , currently activated international roaming pack (5999 pack). My bill payment due is on 19.05.2019. Even though my due is having enough sufficient days, your customer have barred my service on 16.05.2019 without my permission. Please answer my below queries
1. How you can bar my number, when i have enough due date
2.Why deactivation notification is not on time, whenever the last day of the pack activation ends ( I understand, this is purely money making tricks, so that the user will use the service unknowingly and you people will charge the lump sum money after that. I had personal experience on this.  I need to understand, why you people can able to provide deactivation notification before one days of its validity.) I have requested so many times but never got any response.
3. I had the query of extra money charged to my bill last month. I inquired with one of your employee regarding this. When i told him that i had already registered for the activation of the international roaming pack, but however it is activated and there was some charge included to my bill. Your customer care representative was asking me the proof of that call ( I was stunned, coz why i should provide him the proof, Being the giant company how come you dont maintain the call records of the customer service and you are askig back to the customer the proof of the call. (It is not really our business to record the call and have it for proof always).
4. I am loyal customer, using the same number for more than 10 years. How come you treat the customer like this. I had live chat with your customer care, they had clearly told me service will be activated only after paying bill (Even though with suffice due dates . I really dont understand)
5. Where is the official notification to bar my service?
I need response for this and activate my number. Also i need compensation for the deactivation without notice (My personal stress and i paid of the total month, but not able to connect with any one. Being in abroad, in case of any emergency, will you take the responsibility?????)
