Over billing on my vi postpaid number. When asked the corporate office vi and costomer care got reply that calls were made on nos 56000 for 4 times in a day for 1 hr 20 minutes 40 second duration. However no such call were made. My vi postpaid plan 120 rupees per month and billed amount is 1388. Company give me a 50% waiver offer which is not practical possible . Need help
