I have been charges 300 rs. Extra plus gst on it for last 3 bills for just delaying bill payment by 2 days. This just harassing in this pandemic situation where people are finding difficult to survive instead u should show some social responsibility by giving some user friendly offers. On top of it 10 days back I emailed to ur customer service email id from where I don’t get any reply. Revers my over billed amount. Else provide procedure to port my number from airtel to other service providers
