Dear Team ,
I had visited following mentioned Vodafone store on 29 Jan 2019 to convert my SIM from postpaid to prepaid where I met your executive Mr. Vijay.
I have performed following activities for new SIM on 29 Jan 2019
- Provided Aadhar Card number
- Provided photo
- Filled up form
I had paid following amount for
- Rs 500 for my outstanding bill
- Rs 500 for my 3 months unlimited prepaid pack (Rs 495 for recharge + Rs 5 for new SIM)
I was promised following
- After deducting my outstanding bill amount of Rs.347 remaining amount of Rs.153 will be credited to my account
- My new prepaid SIM will be recharged with pack of Rs.495 for unlimited calls for 84 days.
Now my issues are following
- Rs. 153 is not credited to my account
- Rs 229 recharge with validity of 28 days was done by your executive on 31 Jan 2019 instead of Rs 495 with validity of 84 days.
My expectations are following
- Rs.153 immediately to be credited on my account
- Rs. 495 recharge to be done on my number

Also I have been speaking numerous people from Vodafone to resolve this issue but however they are only promising me but no solution is provided.
