I am using airtel number 8427402178. From the last few days I am getting a message that my outgoing services will be stopped from 2nd November 2018. So I call at airtel customer services, but unfortunately the voice from the other side was not clear much, but I listened that I have to do some recharge and then my outgoing services will be activated for the next 28 days and then again I have to do the same recharge. Then I log into my airtel account and found that I have to do a recharge of Rs 1000 and my outgoings will take place smoothly for next 28 days.
To my remembrance, when I got my number, its validity was something near to 2030. Even if I neglect this thing, it is not justified to do Rs 1000 recharge after every 28 days.
