I have been a faithful user of Airtel for more than ten years. They increased, decreased, removed and changed several plans over the years; but, they were understandable. However, this new change namely “Outgoing Validity” where the customer has to recharge solely to enable outgoing calls or SMS is not fair. As a customer, I purchased the SIM card with an expectation of unlimited incoming and outgoing facility as a basic need [moreover, it is what I expect from any Telecom company]. It is like Airtel is snatching away my basic right to have outgoing calls without have to specially recharge for that purpose. I feel like I am paying them tax for owning a SIM, which needless to say, is a business for them and a necessity for me.
Please take appropriate action.
Thank you.
