Hi,
Suddenly my outgoing calls and SMS stopped for my 10 year old number saying outgoing has validity and it is expired with original validity beyond 2020. I have 1k+ plus balance and now was told I had to recharge separately and not possible to use existing balance. Why would I keep spending when I have balance ?
