Text of Complaint by Vivek Vhatkar:

All mobile operators have formed a cartel and have been increasing the prices of plans exorbitantly and following restrictive trade practices. For e.g. Jio increased the yearly 2gb/day plan from 2399 to 2879, an increase of 480 Rs in one year! Similarly Aitel increased the minimum recharge plan from 49 to 99. In order to send a SMS one has to make a minimum recharge of 100 Rs. Why cannot one send SMS even if he has balance of minimum 2 Rs. SMS charges can be deducted from the balance. There should not be compulsion to buy higher denomination plans or a separate SMS pack. Talktime and SMS charges should be deducted from the balance.
