This is Neetu

The vodafone number that I am using is from Delhi. Ph no. 9811917452

And my 399 recharge is valid till 7th April.

But its been 2-3 days that whenever I am trying to call it says your outgoing is closed.

And for what? I don’t understand this, Why is this so annoying?

And vodafone’s customer care service numbers are clearly not customer friendly.

I tried to email this issue to the Delhi vodafone care email id but that shows wrong email ID
