I can’t send a messafe to anyone from past few days. I called so many time to the customer care. But everytime they are giving wrong information like wait some days it will be ok, your handset problem etc. Today I am replace the sim and pyt the new sim in a new phone but again i am facing the same issue. The customer care executive didn’t transfer the call to his/her senior. Please solve my problem.
