1. the outgoing calls and sms services of my mobile post paid Number were barred on 29 oct 2020(sms at 08.16am) due to non-payment against bill dated 06 Oct 2020.
2. The bill was duly paid at 10.54 am on 29 Oct 2020 via credit card. A sms was received instantly that the services has been restored. However, the services never got restored.
3. despite calling up Jio Help-line several time the services were not restored. Service request 000012PURK did not yield any result till writing of this complaint at 08.15am on 30 Oct 2020
