Text of Complaint by Padma Prasad:

My Airtel mobile no 9958445124 was debarred outgoing calls on 20 Dec 18 asking for documents as per Govt directive. I had recently changed my plan and had been to Airtel store in MG Road Gurgaon and submitted all required documents. However they still wanted the same documents. My phone outgoing was debarred for almost 24 hours and nobody could reply to my queries and reason. I had written to  Airtel Apellate and there was no response from their side. There was a standard response from their Customer care ‘sorry for the inconvenience caused”. This is the third time Airtel has disconnected without any valid reasons. When I checked with my office Airtel representative, I was told the Airtel Executive who had handled my case, had not uploaded my documents submitted earlier and misplaced it. If it is their mistake why should a customer be penalised for this. I want an official response from their side the reason for this callous attitude,
