Text of Complaint by Uday Murab:

The company has disconnected the outgoing facility on SIM. Messages to recharge with unlimited call packs received from the company which will extend only for 28 days. The number is not used much, therefore don’t want to have an unlimited recharge. The number was ported to Vodafone in 2017 only, and the SIM was lifetime valid.
