I have 99 rupees main balance.how the idea cellular has stop my outgoings facility stop.

Now recently I was talking with idea customer representative and they force me for recharge of  rupees 35 for validity. How theutsaid to customer is u r validity is expired?

I was recharge my idea sim in last two month ago and my validity is life time.
