- Airtel has recently stopped my outgoing and incoming calls validity despite of the fact that I have balance in my account.
- Airtel representative said that it is a change in policy and now onwards the outgoing and incoming calls will be valid only if I recharge with an unlimited pack recharge or a smart pack recharge and it will be valid only till the expiration of that pack.
