I have been using my Vodafone sim for long time. They have charged me 499 for life long validity and now the Vodafone is claiming that they cant provide life long validity for the amount what we have paid.
This is highly unethical, I purchased an Vodafone sim when they were offering lifetime validity and now they have changed their stand this should not be allowed. Need to file a complaint against cheating. and life long validity should be restored to existing customer, As we have already paid.
