Text of Complaint by Danish Irfan:

I have been using Vodafone for 4 years, I have balance in my account balance. Few hours before I’m trying to call someone the call did not connect so i call vodafone customer care they tell me your outgoing service is deactivated and you have to recharge Rs. 35 to activate your outgoing service for 28 days. Though my SIM validity when I checked a week ago, it is upto 2022, but now it is showing expired. How could the company have the rights to deduct the validity of SIM and how could it threaten the consumer to recharge with additional plans, when there is enough account balance in the SIM card.
