Dear Sir,
Greetings of the day,
I’m using Vodafone number from past so many years, but suddenly without any information my out going service is expired.
When I ask the reason to Vodafone customer care, They said me to do 1 more recharge that will activate the out going service for 28 days…. Then again repeat the recharge process ever month.
This is not fare from any of the supplier to treat their customers in this manner.
Request you to please take some action.
