We Naturesnuts are the new seller at Amazon.in; we are selling dry fruits. We received 2 orders (order numbers 407-6196196-8188313 and 408-7301905-0370767) from our client, and both got cancelled because the orders were never picked up, which was Amazon’s responsibility to get collected as we are prime members.
We tried to contact seller support, and every time they just asked us to fill out the Easy-Ship form and said that once you fill out the form, someone will contact you and get orders collected. We requested them to speak to the management team, but they said someone would call, and yet no one called.
Now, according to Amazon, the orders that were not shipped were due to our error, and they assessed a fine of Rs 28.18. When we called Amazon again, they said this was due to orders that were not shipped, and we explained the entire case. We feel that this is the way Amazon is making money from new sellers. Just display your product if it’s sold, don’t get the order collected, and slap fine. Indian populations are mass if each of them will get a fine of even Rs 1, and suppose new sellers are 20 million, so according to math, Amazon gets 20 million for their negligence.
We would like to file a case against Amazon so everyone knows that it is fake. We request the Honorable Consumer Court to get us compensation from Amazon for the waste of time, money, and effort and Sue them.
