Dear consumers team, Iam Surajit Pramanik, my submission humble is that,i have recharge 459/- on 13-oct-2023 recharge valid for 04-jan-2023.my problem is my vi app showing Colour all channel BENGALI and HINDI.. After recharge 459/- and yesterday 03-nov-2023 showing in this all channel, but now today 04-nov-2023, Colours all channel are missing for example COLOURS CINEPLEX,COLOURS SUPERHIT,COLOURS BANGLA CINEMA etc so i have call VI customers care,why this problem, so they are told, sorry we have no information regarding this problem, so please kindly action against this VI service. Thank you
