The delivery agent taken OTP for the parcel and told to keep it at security guard but he didnt and confirming him infront told there was a scanning problem will check . Now it is showing delivered in amazon app and parcel was not received to me The delivery agent has done FRAUD of the same and taken my parcel to himself. I need action and enquiry for same.
