I am using idea card since last 12 years. My unlimited talk time pack has expired before 2 days only. I am not receiving any OTP to proceed any of my online transaction. I have recharged my phone with 50rs talk time and data pack of 50rs but I’m not able to use both the packs because as per companies policy i need to recharge at least 128rs pack for outgoing call and incoming otp and messages.
I am not happy with there packs it is designed in such a way that even if someone wants to use the card even for one day that person needs to do recharge of min 128 rs. I have lost so much money because of there OTP issue. I want my money back the loss i have suffered because of idea i want to recover it from them
