Respected sir, My name is P Srikanth and I am 23 on 16 February I had need an emergency amount so I asked my friends vut my friends has also no money. So I had seen an add that is Cash bean app was giving loans so on 16 February 2022 I had installed the above said cash bean app and I had login with my deatails and applied for the loan.
But amount was not credited on that day so the amount was credited on 17 February 2022Rs.2275/- amount was credited into my Indiapost payments Bankand also i have not checked that amount After one qeek the cash bean was contacted me through three different what’sapp numbers 1.+91 88022 42434 _ jay mahadev 2. +91 99924 21603_ loan department 3. +91 81782 58675 _cash bean Contacted me through whats app and they are forced me to pay amount of 3500 but the amount was credited 2275 but he was asking 3500.
I had said to them please give me three days time I will pay the amount but he was not listened and thre blockmailing that I will start calling to the all numbers in your contact list. On 24 February they forced and tell pay only 1400 to close loan I had stunned and also my breath has gone out of control and I had borrowed money of 1400 from and I had paid through link they had sent through Phonepay and again statrted blockmailing me I am starting calling to all my accounts.
They asking toomuch handling charges and intrest. I have no money and they had not licensed app to issue loans that app was not RBI approved.And they are forced every day to pay the money I had already paid 1400 I will not able to pay the remaining amount. Sir when they forced every time that my mind leads to do sucide attempt so please take actions on that company on above said under sections abive mentioned.
