I have recharged my vi phone number with unlimited pack but i am unable to login whatsapp because the vi is not sending sms calls and verification code for logging in WhatsApp. I have complained about this in vi showroom but they are arguing that this is not network problem and it is device problem. I have tried to login with vi mobile number with another new phone also but it is showing contact network provider to make sure that you are receiving sms and calls. Please help me to get verification code from vi company to get login to my whatsapp.
