Hello
I have order vivo t1 5g 6/128 from amazon on 17 June and box was deliver on 20th June w my mom tell to delivery boy to open it he total refused and telling to my mom all is ok you can keep ,even mom tell him I will open you just wait here but he run way from my house ,
after my mom open box after delivery boy away she shocked and call me when she found electric extension board inside the box ,same time I call to to amazon customer care and register my complain , 23 June they say found the mobile was pack and delivered to you after that I contact with amazon twitter on social media and write email to them , they have replay me on 6 July as per our investigation the product was pack and delivered to you
now they have only one replay what to do ?
