Dear Sir/Madam,
I got a call from lady name Riya sharma/Ajit Agarwal from oriental health company for health insurance on 02 oct-2021. and she gave me detail from official mail id sales@orientalhealth.co.in. she had taken health insurance amount 15000/- for health insurance of my whole family for 2 years. but today is 12th Nov- 2021, I still not received any hardcopy of policy from them. I have repeatedly asked them to send it but they r not responded on call as well sms as well email and now she is not replying my messages nor receiving my call.
request you to please check this on priority basis as fraud case and take immediate action against them.
