I am a ZOMATO GOLD member.
My daughter ordered with following details
order no 1754043778
date 06-september-2019
time 10:33 am
restaurant Burger King at DT City centre Mall, MG Road, Gurgaon
to deliver at M15/2, First Floor, DLF phase 2, MG Road, Gurgaon-122002
content one veg whopper and one chicken keema wrap
Now this order has been reported as declined by rider at 11:04.
Actual scene is that rider never came to the delivery address as there we are there at home only. The rider never returned the order also- probably consumed it. There are many similar stories in social media about such incidents. Further more this entire building belongs to us and call bell is working ok. There are at least ten persons inside the building and no one knows anything about any delivery boy. Further there is a security person just 5 meter to the gate. He also confirms that no rider came. We have reported this matter to restaurant at 13:45 hrs (PM) and they say that probably Zomato rider has done misappropriation.
I want know that you or restaurant shall accept the responsibility of this THOUGH Mr. Rakesh of BurgerKing helped us with this.
