This is with regard to my order for Whiskaas cat food – Whiskaas wet salmon food for adult cat of 48 pouches for Rs 1512/- dated 23.05.2023 but till date no delivery is being done. I am following up with them on mails as well on their whatsapp number but No one has replied till date . Attached is the order details, it seems like its a fraudelant site online to cheat consumers and get the online payment by luring pet owners to get better prices and get the money in their account without being delivered as no number is given or no contact person or no reply on emails being given. THIS IS CHEATING CASE BY ERETAIL SITE AND TAKING OUR HARD EARNED MONEY without delivery of product.

After submission of the complaint, I have got the delivery of product yesterday. The vendor after getting the complaint abusing me as to why this complaint though at that time he has not responded and told me : SHUT UP .
