I order (ID- OD126110489264050000) and paid Rs-8187/- for “Western Digital Purple 4TB 3.5-inch SATA Surveillance Hard Drive Systems” and received old damage different product wich not packed sealed product . on 4th October 22 , I launce Complaint online for return the product and 11th October 22 Flipkart representative came for taken return the product ,but he not taken . customer care accepted return the products but that local ecart (distribution) Person cancel return option and closed the complaint ourselves without solve my issue, after that several time I call in customer care but they say only sorry ,which not solve my issue .They says my complain closed by back office team without my concern .
I was contact to product Seller also as below address, as he says ,he send actual product but Flipkart delivery team change my product .

I need the replace of product or Refund of my money.
