Hi, I will directly to point, I ordered Veg biriyani in Zomato food online ,and after waiting I received Chicken biriyani on pack ..which I never eat as I m pure vegetarian..after chatting on customer support..they easily and clearly finishing the solution by refunding option ..i they refunded immediately…but that not the option as always ….in my culture and caste we don’t eat non-veg ..
i m pure vegetarian but this people took this very lightly ..completely pathetic team supports ans ridiculous service
I would request you please raise action against them for pay penalty for it ..
this is not the just refund case and solved
they (Zomato) should pay penalty for it
