I placed an order from softtoysstore.com on 6th July and paid in advanced .And after payment i got mail from them that my order has been placed and they will inform as soon as the product is ready to ship. After a weak i mailed them for the update but reply from there side.After that i got a mail on 17th July that my order has been shipped and it will get delivered in 3 days .So from 21 i tried to contact them by phone call provided on their website i also mailed them i also tried to contact them on Whatsapp ,even on Instagram. But they completely ignoring all .As i have been continuously trying to contact them texting them but they are not even bothering.I am very much frustated from this as this is stressful.
