I have Ordered The Product (OnePlus TV 55 Inch) on 29th Oct, but Neither Delivered nor Cancelled. Even Not Cancelling from My Side Also. Support Team always said to wait 3 Business Days, 24 Hours but nothing happened. HDFC Bank has charged Rs 240 for EMI Processing Charges and there was no details and information available on Amazon Website. Also Amazon has claimed the amount for EMI Charge without any confirmation. HDFC Bank excutive said, they can not help me in this matter, because Amazon is Big brand. I feared that i lost my money. So finally i have decided to complain on Consumer Forum. Request you to kindly help me in this case and provide refund.
