I have ordered the product on 16 Aug and expected delivery date was 22 Aug but after more than 15 attempts with flip kart to deliver the product, they are not delivering the product. Now the customer care services (Chat and Call option) also not responding they simply either disconnect the call or exit the chat without any resolution.Every time after explaining the issue customer care team simply extending date from 23 Aug onward but till now they have not delivered the product.One of the worst customer services till now i faced.Could you please help me in this regard.
