I placed a prepaid order on smytten on 30th october. It was supposed to be delivered by 5th november in 5 shipments. One of these shipments got delivered on 4th november (marked with red).
I needed those things before 13th so I emailed them asking when it is going to be shipped. On november 9th I got a reply that it is packed and will be shipped within the same week. I have attached the screenshot of the same email.
On november 11th I got three emails from them stating that my 3 shipments have been delivered. So I told them next day that I have not received any of it. Got reply from their team that my order was delivered on 9th november. After this I have sent them 2 more emails but they have stopped replying.
I have attached images of emails and the products.
The one marked in red was delivered. The ones marked with pink are not delivered to me and showing as delivered. And one is not shipped yet and when I am trying to cancel it, during cancelation its showing as shipped.
