I have ordered Sleepyhead Queen Size bed from Flipkart and received it on 11/08/2022. Much before it was updated in their application. On initial check myself and technical person from Flipkart had found lots of cracks and scratches in wood along with that bolts were not available during assembly so bed was not installed. Technical guy asked us to return the product but even on multiple call with customer care and even after raising incidents IN22081311041440547817 return was not initiated. It was throwing technical error from flipkart mobile and chrome application. We also had multiple call with support through their contact us section but even then no resolution of the problem and instead of returning the product they always give new incident id.
I had many call with customer care but they are also not able to return it. They are just extending time. After tomorrow system will automatically say product policy has exceeded its return time. It had 10 days return policy. Flipkart support is not forwarding the request to technical team. Their application is throwing error only for this product. And nobody call us that return has been filed. They have such atrocity that they are purposefully ignoring the request. Even their grievance officer is ignoring the mail.
We have also raised compliant again w.r.t to IN22081814424477771135. Its almost 10 days. Nothing has been done. Error is still there and I am unable to return the product.
I have also raised complaint to sleepyhead via Ticket id#86458 as per discussion with one of Flipkart customer care associates. They are saying they will return product but no answer about refund.
Please help nobody is helping me out. I am frustrated with Flipkart behavior and response.
